A chewy white chocolate chunk cookie with a pineapple tart jam centre.

This kit contains all the dry ingredients you need to bake a delicious batch of Pineapple White Chocolate Cookies. This recipe will yield approximately 11 cookies.

TIP: Try replacing the pineapple Jam with a square of Nian Gao in your cookie dough. Serve warm for optimum flavour!
