Payment
The total order value must be paid and received in full before we deliver the Baking Kits.

Delivery
Please ensure the delivery address and contact details you have entered are correct. If a delivery is unsuccessful and is returned, shipping costs will still apply and be charged.

Returns
You must notify us within 2 days if you feel there is a defect with your product. Please send your return request, along with a photo if possible to our Business WhatsApp line +65 9239 9308 or email us at onlineshop@bisou.com.sg

Products
Please note that all photographs are for illustrative purposes, and products may vary slightly, perhaps in colour due to the light the photographs were taken in.

Availability
All products and inventory reflected on our online store are accurate and updated in real time. However if there are technical or operational issues resulting in a delay or the inability to fulfil your order, we will endeavour to contact you and offer an alternative delivery date or a full refund.  

If we do not hear back from you, we will cancel said item off your order and process a refund.

Price Validity
Prices are updated as and when deemed necessary on our online store. 

Discount Coupons
Discount coupons are valid within the stated period. If stated, some coupons will be limited to ONE per customer.  Any attempts to use these coupons either repeatedly or outside of the validity period will strictly not be entertained.
