What are the delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are S$10 isalnd wide and FREE to one address if your purchase total is S$100 and above. We have our kits delivered via an airconditioned vehicle.

I am purchasing the baking kits as gifts, how can I send the orders to multiple addresses?

Please send us a message via our Business WhatsApp +65 92399308 or email us at onlineshop@bisou.com.sg and we will be able to process the order for you with minimal fuss.

Do I need any baking experience to use the Bake with Bisou Baking Kits?

Our baking kits come with full instructions as well as baking videos. Scan the QR code on the instruction sheet to access the videos. If you have never baked before, the first thing you should do is read the instructions once over, and then watch the short baking video before you get start baking. 

Will I need other ingredients?

Our Bisou Baking Kits provide you with all the dry ingredients. You will need to provide butter and eggs. Please do not substitute butter with margarine as the results will differ dramatically. 

Do I need any special equipment like hand or stand mixers?

Not at all. Our baking kits do not require any cake mixers unless otherwise stated on the product information page.

What kitchen equipment will I need?

You will need an oven and either baking trays or tins, depending on the product you'll be baking. These will outlined on the product information page.

Are your baking kits Halal Certified?

While we are not Halal Certified, our baking kits are packed in a kitchen which only handles halal food. 

How long can I keep the baking kits for?

The expiry date for your baking kit will be labeled on the front of the box.  On average the kits will keep in a dark cool space (a fridge is not neccesary) for at least 4 weeks.

Are the baking kits suitable for children?

Absolutely. However, do not leave children under 12 unattended while they are baking in the kitchen.

I have allergies, can I use your baking kits ?

Our baking kits are packaged in a kitchen where we handle nuts, wheat and eggs, so there may be traces of these in our baking kits.
